A study of information seeking behaviour of academic and non-academic staff in college of education, Ikere-Ekiti

Abstract

The study investigated the information seeking behaviour of academic and non-academic staff of an institution. The study design is a descriptive research design. One hundred and twenty (120) questionnaires were randomly given to the respondents. Sixty (60) to the academic staff and sixty (60) to the non-academic staff. The study found out that generally the information seeking behaviour of academic staff was higher than that of non-academic staff.
