Abstract

This study investigated the influence of management of change, organization communication climate and job motivation of staff productivity in academic and research libraries: a study of Ibadan metropolis. Data were collected using a questionnaire… Data collected indicate strong influence of change, communication and motivation on staff productivity. It was therefore, recommended amongst other were that adequate provisions be made by library managers to sustain workers operation before and after the implementation of any new changes; that good effective communication process be established with the use of IT; and that methods of motivation should be employed to encourage workers to give in their best on the job.
